New Handmade in Canada Silver Jewelry

Here are the first handmade, silver pieces of 2010. From the top we have a fine silver ring with an organic texture, then another shot of the same ring on a finger. After that, there is a photo of a fine silver tear drop shaped pendant with a cubic zirconia garnet. Finally, we have a pair of fine silver, diamond shaped earrings on sterling silver french wires.

Green Toys - A Give Away

I came across a great give away today. Feisty, Frugal and Fabulous is giving Canadians the opportunity to win a really cool set of Green Toys from Stortz and Associates. Green Toys are made from recycled plastic milk jugs. The result of the recycling process is a high density plastic called HDPE which is considered to be one of the safest and cleanest plastics out there. I think keeping the milk jugs out of the landfill is a fantastic idea, and I definitely appreciate the fact that they are made out of a safer type of plastic than most toys.

Winner of the Treasure Hunt!!

This afternoon, I took all of the entries with correct answers from my month long treasure hunt game, and threw them into a hat.
